The Clever Kitchen Cooking School

The Clever Kitchen Cooking School provides hands-on cooking lessons focusing on nutrient rich meals. The school promotes traditional foods, simple recipes, healthy cooking techniques and the joy of creating satisfying meals. Anastasia understands the valuable connection between food and good health, having used food and nutrition to overcome a major health event in the 1990’s. The right food and cooking techniques can optimise health, energy and brain function. Anastasia was motivated to open The Clever Kitchen Cooking School following numerous requests from friends for advice about healthy, tasty family meals. She believes society should value teaching children and young adults how to cook and connect to their food.
