Boronia Park Customs

Boronia Park Customs is a great example of a partnership which achieves and sustains competitive advantage through the good/service differentiation strategy. The partnership focuses on differentiating from the rest of the competition by producing high quality outputs by utilising high quality inputs. These inputs include the transformed resources (materials such as plastidip) and exceptional transforming resources (the labour of Edward Chun and John V George). Due to the highly customised nature of its service, the transformation process tends to be low volume; hence, Boronia park customs focuses on job production. The customer service offered by the business is top notch, contributing to the augmentation of the final product. A 5 year guarantee is also offered on all jobs, giving the customer a peace of a mind. Exceeding the statutory warranty is another area where Boronia Park Customs differentiates itself from competitors. The effective implementation of leading edge technology in the transformations process has dramatically improved the quality of outputs, helping sustain competitive advantage. The quality of the operations is internationally recognised with ISO 9001 certification. Boronia Park Customs takes ethical responsibility very seriously. Its CSR policy "Our aim is to fit every car in the region with the deserve it respects. This is done using high quality, Australian outputs produced by local producers such as Bankstown Muffler Repairs. We recognise the importance of the community and strive to assist in local projects". Boronia Park Customs sets the benchmark for any business in the industry in terms of high quality outputs and ethical standards.
