Aussie Lifestyle Revolution

The Aussie Lifestyle Revolution is a community based club launching in NSW this December. The club is a series of community “cells” where community members are invited to discover new lifestyle changes in health, fitness, diet, environment, food, lifestyle, stress management and other related fields. Members receive a sign up goody box, monthly newsletter, bi-monthly meetings and presentations and the option to join the six week challenge. The six week challenge is a fitness exploration challenge of two different types of exercise a week for six weeks. Deals are struck with local clubs and groups to allow the members a one off trial. This allows the members to experience dance, gym, cross fit, yoga, zumba, netball, squash, bushwalking and all other sorts of exercise options without signing up for lengthy deals and then losing interest. After the six week challenge, members are able to choose the exercise style that suits them and their lifestyles best and receive a special sign up rate from the partner company. Members are presented with a schedule of exercise and follow the schedule with other members from their community cell. The bi-monthly meetings include presentations and talks from a wide variety of experts in all these fields as well as companies offering members discounts for support. The launch and management of Aussie Lifestyle Revolution is being managed by Bradenrow Promotions in Cherrybrook NSW.
